Agent Mentorship- Farmers Insurance

In our Agent Mentorship, you will play a key role in our team by driving revenue growth through the sale of high-quality insurance products to our valued clients. You will engage with warm leads to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions, leveraging your expertise in insurance products and sales insight. This role is ideal for individuals with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales and customer service. You will refine your skills under the guidance of experienced mentors, gaining a solid foundation in the insurance industry and the fundamentals of running a successful agency.
