AW Commercial & Development is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Broker in managing daily operations. This role requires a self-starter who is diligent in ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, proactive in identifying opportunities, and resourceful in problem-solving. This role also requires outstanding customer service to ensure clients have a great experience when working with our company.
This position will be responsible for the following types of job duties:
- Calendar & Email Management: Organize and maintain the Broker’s schedule, coordinate meetings, and manage email correspondence.
- Property & Listing Coordination: Oversee commercial listings, ensure marketing materials are created and distributed, and manage listing updates.
- Rental Property Oversight: Assist in managing rental properties, including tenant communication, lease tracking, and maintenance coordination.
- Marketing Support: Facilitate marketing efforts for commercial properties, including signage, online listings, and promotional materials.
- Transaction & Document Management: Assist with contracts, compliance, and necessary paperwork to keep transactions running smoothly.
- General Administrative Support: Handle daily operational tasks, ensure deadlines are met, and take initiative to improve efficiency.
- Problem-Solving & Process Improvement: Identify challenges and proactively implement solutions to streamline workflow.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with other team members to support company objectives and create a positive, efficient work environment.
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills – nothing falls through the cracks.

- Marketing and administrative experience (real estate experience is a plus!).
