Marketing & Media Specialist (Full-Time Videographer/Photographer/Marketing)

Amy Wienands Real Estate is looking for a Marketing & Media Specialist to join our creative team and bring our brand—and our listings—to life.

This dynamic position will focus primarily on real estate media production: visiting residential homes, capturing high-quality photo and video content, and editing it for use across digital platforms. In between property shoots, you’ll flex your creative muscles by working on social media, marketing content, and team highlight media—all helping to tell the story of who we are and what we do.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Travel to local properties to capture and edit listing photos and video content (interior, exterior, drone, walkthroughs, etc.)
• Edit photo and video content to meet quality standards and brand style
• Assist with social media content creation and marketing strategies in downtime between property shoots
• Capture behind-the-scenes photo/video of our team, company events, and community involvement
• Post and manage content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Collaborate with our team to brainstorm fresh, engaging ideas that support company growth
• Organize and manage digital content libraries
• Be flexible and ready to support general marketing initiatives and team needs as assigned

You Might Be the Right Fit If You…

• Have experience with photography, videography, and editing and photo/video equipment (experience with real estate media a plus!)
• Know your way around editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Canva
• Are highly organized and able to manage multiple projects with accuracy and speed
• Are a self-starter who takes initiative and can solve problems independently
• Thrive in a team environment and love to contribute to a shared mission
• Understand the importance of visual storytelling and how it impacts branding
• Stay current on social media trends, especially visual content strategies

Requirements

• Portfolio of photo/video work (real estate examples strongly preferred)
• Experience with DSLR Cameras and drone video
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (traveling to homes required)
• Ability to lift and carry camera equipment
• A positive attitude, sense of humor, and passion for creative work
• Must align with Amy Wienands Real Estate’s Core Values and uphold a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality
