We are looking for a Warranty Administration Manager located in our Schaumburg Office. This individual will be responsible for providing superior customer service to agents, dealers and Regional Sale V.P.’s. Administrate rate cards including review of the product rate structure and accurate breakdown of commissions. Assist team with the setup and management of dealers and agents within company systems. The manager is responsible for managing staff in compliance with company standards and department procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, assigning and directing work, performance evaluation and training employees
- Provide daily support to staff on the setup of agents and dealers, rate card administration, and customer support topics
- Manage timely dealer and agent set-ups, updates and cancellations of accounts. Ensure accuracy of entry into client directory and policy & claim management system
- Organize and manage staff to achieve established department and company goals in servicing of agents, dealers and Regional Sales V.P.’s
- Establish department standards for service. Monitor service reports for measurement and make changes as needed
- Manage the administration of rate cards, product rate structures and the accurate completion of commissions. Recommend and execute system changes and improvements including updates to conversion tables
- Manage the accurate and timely processing of supplies orders
- Manage the staff in the servicing of agents, dealers and customers regarding business issues, special requirement handling, complaints and concerns
- Manage the creation and updating of departmental procedure manuals. Periodically audits and tests the accuracy of department procedures
- Coordinate the auditing and review processes to assure that business is being processed within SSAE18 guidelines
- Administrate accurate distribution of quarterly Profit Participation statements
- Perform monthly audit of forms and marketing material inventory counts
- Manage the printing and collating of presentation folders for periodic product roll outs
- Review customer service in department by periodically listening to employees calls
- Other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA.) or equivalent experience of 5 years in management or supervisory role
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the auto industry, specifically in the administration of financial add-on products
- Experience in providing excellent customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage and lead a team, able to develop and motivate team members
- Excellent verbal, written and listening skills
- Ability to understand and determine priorities, effectively manage time and execute work to accomplish tasks
- Effectively participate and contribute as a member of a team
