Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on delivering results. This role involves engaging with customers, responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling, handling objections, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Your start time is 9AM and end time is 5PM on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
This position does not include health or life insurance
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients and introduce our services.
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Assist customers in finding the right services to meet their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve company targets.
- Book appointments with inbound callers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in meeting targets, KPI's, quotas.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively sell products and services.
- Tech-savvy
- Experience working with housekeepers or with a cleaning business is a plus!!
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
