Business Systems Specialist I

Amyx is seeking to hire a remote Business Systems Specialist I to support the Document Automation Content Service (DACS) project. This role provides a wide range of analytical support, including statistical analysis and program support services. The Business Systems Specialist I will leverage expertise in Configuration Management and software tools to analyze and support various task areas across the DACS project.

Responsibilities and Daily Tasks:

• Perform statistical and analytical tasks to support program operations and ensure optimal performance.
• Provide program support services, including data analysis, report generation, and documentation.
• Utilize advanced software tools to create and manage configuration management systems, ensuring compliance with DoD and DLA standards.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of workflows and documentation in OpenText systems, including Content Server, Archive Server, and AppWorks.
• Contribute to task areas requiring configuration management, program analysis, and technical support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables align with client expectations and requirements.
• Must have the ability to communicate accurate information

Supported Technologies:

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Microsoft Project Management tools.
• VB Script, HTML, XML.
• OpenText systems, including:
• Content Server.
• Archive Server.
• AppWorks.
• Intelligent Capture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

• Three (3) years of relevant experience in program analysis, configuration management, or similar fields.

Education/Certification Requirements:

• Certificate in Configuration Management (CCM).
• DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level I (CAP(Certified Authorization Professional), CompTIA Cloud , CompTIA Security CE, CND(Certified Network Defender), GSLC(GIAC Security Leadership Certification), or HCISPP (HealthCare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner)
• IT-III, Non Sensitive, security clearance or a current National Agency Check with written Inquiries (NACI) at the time of proposal submission.

Technical Expertise:

• Demonstrated experience with the following technologies:
• MS Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Project Management tools.
• VB Script, HTML, XML.
• OpenText systems, including Content Server, Archive Server, AppWorks, and Intelligent Capture.
