Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies. The Program Leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and manage resources efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Leads the contract lifecycle from customer quote to revenue realization.
- Contract review, request quotes from suppliers, respond to customer quotes, placing purchase orders for components and outside processing.
- Setting and maintaining master production schedule to meet customer need dates.
- Mitigates common contract management risks, such as financial, configuration management changes, engineering change order impacts.
- Communicate professionally with suppliers to maintain good working relationships and ensure on time material delivery.
- Track and meet important contract dates and milestones.
- Develops strong working relationships with colleagues across departments and seniority levels.
- Plan and execute monthly and yearly business objectives.
- Establish and track critical metrics and maintain reporting dashboards.

- Learns new skills and software quickly.
- Excels at multi-tasking in fast paced environment and has excellent project management, time management, and organization skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to create complex documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. Familiarity with advanced functions such as pivot tables, and formulas in Excel is a plus.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or technical discipline is preferred.
- Prior manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
Pay: Commensurate based on experience and education.
