Responsibilities:
· Ability to operate a multi-line phone system to answer calls and retrieve voice messages.
· Must have great customer service skills and a “go above and beyond” attitude
· Must be well-organized, accurate, and attentive to detail
* Must speak fluent Spanish and English
· Must be able to work at a faster than average pace and able to multi-task.
· Good Communication Skills
· Receive and review residential real estate contracts and documents.
· Requires a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and drive to complete tasks correctly.
· Must be able to maintain confidentiality of customer and employee information.
· Provide quality customer service to all customers.
- Order Entry/Data Entry
· All other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
· A High School diploma or equivalent is required
· 1 or more years of experience in the Title Insurance industry
· Highly organized and detail oriented
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Requires a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and drive to complete tasks correctly.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and have the ability to quickly learn software applications
· Experience with title production software Closers Choice and Qualia a plus
· Background check will be conducted. *
Salary based on experience. Compensation consists of Salary plus Bonus/Commission for clients you bring in.
Candidates must master reading and writing and be fluent speaker in both English and Spanish.
