We are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Curation Specialist to join our team in creating one-of-a-kind adventures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and curate the most exclusive and authentic experiences, activities, and destinations
- Collaborate with local tour operators, guides, and businesses to negotiate competitive rates and build strong partnerships to ensure the highest quality services for our clients
- Create detailed and comprehensive itineraries for each adventure package, carefully selecting and arranging activities to maximize enjoyment and satisfaction
- Regularly review and update existing itineraries to keep them current and incorporate new and exciting options for our clients
- Develop compelling and creative content to promote our adventure packages to potential clients
- Provide assistance and support in ensuring smooth execution of adventure packages, including troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the trip
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competition, and use this information to constantly improve and enhance client experiences.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using travel booking platforms and software
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Salary : $38,000 - $58,000
