We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for our Personal Lines Insurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by assisting with inquiries, processing policy changes, and addressing billing issues. You will work closely with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met, provide accurate information regarding coverage options, and help resolve any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email regarding personal lines insurance policies (auto, home, renters, etc.)
- Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations accurately.
- Assist customers with billing questions and resolve payment-related issues.
- Provide clear and concise information about policy coverage, terms, and conditions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by offering personalized service.
- Collaborate with the underwriting and claims departments to address customer needs and concerns.
- Document all customer interactions in the company’s AMS system.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or insurance certification a plus).
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in insurance or a related field.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of personal lines insurance products is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of customer interactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
