An Open Door Adoption Agency (AOD) assists expectant mothers who find themselves facing an unplanned pregnancy and are unsure of which path to take regarding her future and that of her baby. AOD has been established and licensed as a private, non-profit, Christian agency since 1986. We maintain degreed and experienced adoption counselors who cover all of Georgia.
An Open Door Adoption Agency, a Christian-based organization, is seeking a part-time, Marketing Manager in the Atlanta area. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all marketing strategies to build relationships with other organizations who may have need for Open Door’s services to birth parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to meet company goals.
- Visit hospitals, pregnancy centers, and other organizations who may benefit from our services.
- Contact new organization and foster existing relationships through phone calls, emails, written cards, lunch and learns, trainings, and otherwise building relationships.
- Oversee marketing content creation.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Lead and mentor a small team of adoption professionals in marketing, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- ‘People person’ with a love for making connections and fostering relationships.
- Heart for ministry and serving mothers and children through adoption
- Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
