Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and possess the ability to work effectively in various clinical settings. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients, assisting with diagnostic evaluations, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and injections as prescribed.
• Conduct assessments and monitor patients’ vital signs and health status.
• Assist in medical imaging procedures and support the diagnostic evaluation process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
• Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health systems, including eClinicalWorks.
• Support pediatric patients with specialized care needs, including infant care.
• Participate in travel nursing assignments as needed, adapting to various healthcare environments.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice.
• Experience or training in behavioral health is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical imaging techniques is a plus.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, particularly eClinicalWorks.
• Experience administering injections and providing pediatric care is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient-centered care.

Pay: $41.00 - $43.00 per hour
