About the job
Ana Luisa is looking for a results-driven and self-motivated Sales Associate to join the retail team. The Sales Associate assumes a pivotal role in our team's success. Their primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, surpassing sales objectives, and authentically narrating our brand story. Their passion for our products and commitment to exceptional customer service will help us exceed sales targets and enhance customer loyalty, making them a key contributor to our success.
The Sales Associate will initially report to the Store Manager.
What you'll be responsible for :
Sales Achievement
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Ana Luisa brand and product offerings to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions
- Achieve individual and team-based sales goals through a customer-centric approach, in-depth product knowledge, and genuine selling techniques
- Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals; focusing on Average Order Value, Units Per Transaction, Conversion % and revenue to target
- Utilize company tools, incentives, and strategies to support the achievement of store-wide sales targets
