We have 5 urgent positions for a “AWS Developer" in Malvern, PA (1-2 Days Onsite).
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or Go for application development and automation.
- Experience building and deploying serverless applications using AWS Lambda and AWS API Gateway.
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, AWS CodePipeline).
- Strong understanding of AWS security best practices and the ability to implement them in cloud-based applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues in cloud environments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Developer certification (Associate or Professional level).
- Experience with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and API Gateway for serverless applications.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Experience with databases (both SQL and NoSQL), including AWS RDS, Aurora, and DynamoDB.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI/CD.
- Familiarity with AWS security tools like IAM, KMS, Shield, and WAF.
- Experience in migrating on-premise applications to AWS cloud environments.
