Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer (Java/Angular) – Long-Term Contract
Location: Dallas, Texas, United States (Hybrid)
Are you an experienced Java/Angular Full Stack Developer looking for an opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that impact millions? Freddie Mac is seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in McLean, VA. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of remote work combined with the benefits of in-person collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications using Java and Angular.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, architects, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive the development of both backend services and frontend interfaces with a focus on quality and maintainability.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot) for backend development.
- Proficiency in Angular 14 and above for building dynamic and responsive frontend interfaces.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and modern development tools.
- Strong understanding of SQL databases and NoSQL is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Local to Virginia (VA) candidates preferred, or willing to relocate to McLean, VA.
