Job Title: Lead .NET/Angular Developer

Location: Hybrid – Austin, TX or Chicago, IL (3 days onsite per week)
About the Role:
Charles Schwab is looking for a Lead .NET/Angular Developer to lead full-stack development efforts across critical financial applications. This role is hybrid, with 3 days onsite in either Austin, TX or Chicago, IL.
Responsibilities:
- Lead application development using Angular for frontend and .NET for backend
- Work closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to deliver quality solutions
- Provide mentorship to junior developers
- Participate in architectural discussions and technical design
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience with .NET (C#, .NET Core) and Angular (version 10 or higher)
- Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and microservices
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
