We have 3 urgent positions for “Lead React/Node Developer " in Reston, VA.
- Only looking for candidates who can work on W2
- Strictly no C2C or Third Party Vendors
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience:
- 10 years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on React and Node.js.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role, managing or mentoring development teams.
- Proven experience building scalable and high-performance web applications.
- Experience working with front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Express.js).
- Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), and working with RESTful APIs.
- Experience with modern front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6 ), TypeScript, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Skills & Expertise:
- Strong expertise in React.js and building component-driven architectures.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, Node.js, Express, and server-side development.
- Familiarity with front-end state management tools (e.g., Redux, Context API).
- Proficiency in API integration, including RESTful APIs and third-party service integration.
- Understanding of security best practices in web development and application security.
- Experience with version control tools, particularly Git.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
