1) Lead Salesforce QA Automation Developer

We are looking for a Lead Salesforce QA Automation Developer to join our growing team at ADP. This role focuses on building robust test automation frameworks to ensure the stability and quality of our Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium
• Collaborate closely with developers and QA teams to define test plans and strategies
• Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce applications
• Great to have experience with MABL or similar automation tools

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Selenium automation
• Experience working with Salesforce-based applications
• Familiarity with MABL or willingness to learn
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

2) Principal Salesforce Developer

ADP is also hiring a Principal Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in building, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions. This is a leadership-level development role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other platform tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide the technical direction of Salesforce-related projects
• Customize and configure Salesforce as per business requirements
• Participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and performance tuning

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Certified Salesforce Developer and Certified Salesforce Administrator – both are required
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers
