Job Title: Senior Python/React Full Stack Developer

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days onsite per week)
About the Role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong backend experience in Python and working knowledge of React for frontend development. This hybrid role is based in North Carolina and offers the opportunity to work on high-impact applications within the financial services space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust backend services using Python
- Build user interfaces and client-side logic using React and JavaScript
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
- Contribute to system architecture, code reviews, and performance optimization
- Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems
- Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Python development
- Hands-on experience or solid understanding of React and frontend development
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and microservices architecture
- Experience with tools like Git, Jenkins, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems
