Max Rate: $40/hr on W2

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Integration Test Engineer to join our client's team onsite in Warren, NJ. This position offers the opportunity to work on leading-edge wireless technologies including LTE, 5G-NR, and Open RAN, supporting firmware, software, and hardware development teams in a high-tech lab environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support unit-level radio performance integration and verification
Collaborate with firmware, hardware, and software teams to support product development
Execute and document test procedures, collect and report results
Troubleshoot and analyze test failures and performance issues
Continuously improve test methodologies and execution strategies
Provide timely updates and detailed reports to internal stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor s (minimum) or Master s (preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Hands-on experience with RF lab equipment: spectrum/network analyzers, signal generators, high-speed oscilloscopes
Proficiency in Linux and Windows OS environments
Familiarity with network protocols: DHCP, VLANs, IPv4/IPv6
Working knowledge of wireless standards (LTE, 5G-NR, 3GPP)
Experience using JIRA, Bitbucket, and documentation tools
Understanding of PTP/SyncE synchronization solutions
Scripting or programming experience in Python, Shell
Knowledge of XML, RPC interfaces, and AISG/ALD devices (a plus)
Experience with Open RAN and Keysight Open RAN Studio is a strong plus
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
