Anago of Charlotte has an opportunity for a Franchise Development Manager in our Regional Office in Charlotte, NC.

We are seeking highly motivated Professional Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidate to work in the Charlotte office. The compensation package includes a Competitive Salary, Health & Dental Benefits, Paid Holidays, Paid PTO and a Profit Sharing Plan after 1 year.

The Professional Bilingual Franchise Development Manager will primarily be responsible for:

• Providing Franchise information to prospective Franchisees.
• Follows up with prospective Franchisees.
• Assists New Franchisees with onboarding processes.
• Conducts New Franchisee Orientation Training sessions.
• Maintains Client and Franchise files.
• Provides ongoing assistance to Anago team of Unit Franchisees.
• Updates the monthly Unit Franchisee Newsletter.
• Performs on boarding processes with new Clients.
• Ensures Client satisfaction by phone, email and/or on-site inspections.
• Acts as a Liaison between Clients and Franchise service providers.

Ideal candidate must be:

• A professional in all respects that is highly motivated.
• Customer focused with an outgoing personality.
• Flexible, Dependable, Adaptable & Trustworthy.
• Able to work some nights and weekends.
• Able to perform independently in a fast paced environment.

• Must be Bilingual – Highly proficient in both English and Spanish
•  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel & Power Point.
• Able prioritize to meet deadlines and also multi-task.
• Must be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
• Associates Degree or higher is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of related experience is required.
• Operations experience preferred.
• Commercial Cleaning experience preferred.
