Job Overview

Anago Cleaning is seeking a dynamic and motivated Regional Director to lead and oversee operations across our commercial cleaning sectors. In this role, you will manage and build a high-performing sales team, ensure client satisfaction, and drive operational excellence. This position requires strong leadership skills, team management experience, and a proactive approach to achieving business growth.

The ideal candidate is not only adept at analyzing metrics and generating reports but is also willing to work in the field as needed. General travel is required, and a gas card will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor teams to achieve operational and sales goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Drive metrics and generate performance reports to assess and improve processes.
• Build and nurture a strong sales team, emphasizing accountability and teamwork.
• Act as the primary liaison with cleaning franchises, ensuring sales targets are met and relationships are strong.
• Foster team-building activities to encourage collaboration and growth.
• Identify business growth opportunities in the commercial, industrial, and government sectors.
• Oversee compliance with safety, regulatory, and organizational standards.
• Represent Anago Cleaning professionally at industry events and community engagements.
• Willingness to work in the field when needed to support team efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a related industry (commercial cleaning, facilities management, or operations).
• Demonstrated success in team management and sales operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
• Proficiency in client relationship management and driving sales performance.
• Familiarity with financial analysis and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with pipeline management, sales reporting, and CRM systems is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally.
