The ideal candidate is not only adept at analyzing metrics and generating reports but is also willing to work in the field as needed. General travel is required, and a gas card will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor teams to achieve operational and sales goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Drive metrics and generate performance reports to assess and improve processes.
- Build and nurture a strong sales team, emphasizing accountability and teamwork.
- Act as the primary liaison with cleaning franchises, ensuring sales targets are met and relationships are strong.

- Identify business growth opportunities in the commercial, industrial, and government sectors.
- Oversee compliance with safety, regulatory, and organizational standards.
- Represent Anago Cleaning professionally at industry events and community engagements.
- Willingness to work in the field when needed to support team efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a related industry (commercial cleaning, facilities management, or operations).
- Demonstrated success in team management and sales operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Proficiency in client relationship management and driving sales performance.
- Familiarity with financial analysis and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with pipeline management, sales reporting, and CRM systems is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally.
