Salary Range: $18.00 Hourly
Description
Maintenance is a dynamic and essential role that involves problem-solving, innovation, and the satisfaction of keeping spaces running smoothly and efficiently.
A successful Maintenance Technician at Anakeesta is well versed in using various types of tools, following both written and spoken directions, and can perform various assignments independently. An individual in this position will be working both inside and outside under various weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Will be required to drive vehicles, 4-wheel drive and various off-road vehicles and golf carts
- Helping Carpenters, Electricians, Plumbers, Painters, and other trades.
- Minor electrical and plumbing repairs as needed.
- Ability to work in various environments, indoor and outdoor.
- Willingness to assist in specialty projects such as, but not limited to seasonal installments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- At least two years of Facility Maintenance experience in various environments
- Use of hand tools, hammers, saws, rakes, shovels, chain saws, etc.
- The facility is open seven days a week and will require varying shifts.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and team lift heavier, stand all day, working at various heights, working in rough terrain in all types of weather conditions.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time on uneven ground.
