Anakeesta is seeking Parking Attendants. They are the first point of contact with our guests. This position is responsible for monitoring parking and traffic patterns, to ensure that the flow of vehicles is consistent and not impeded.
Responsibilities
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide directions to specific areas, information regarding special events, operating hours, etc.
- Must be well informed of our general pricing.
- Must be able to utilize a mobile device to research guest license plates and to issue tickets.
- Assist guests with unloading of heavy items if needed.
- Ensure that all guests are paying and parking within the designated parking spots.
- Maintaining pay kiosks as needed
- Monitor inventory needed and informing parking supervisor or guest service manager when orders are needed.
- Ability to provide low level resolution regarding guest issues and escalate to the parkway supervisor when appropriate.
- Must be able to recognize and help assist transportation with traffic flow and loading/unloading of guests.
- Must have knowledge of Anakeesta’s policies (pet policy, lost and found, ADA, etc.)
- Maintain a clean work area, as well as the surrounding Parkway; this includes picking up debris left by guests (empty cups, napkins, brochures, etc.) and mother nature (sticks, leaves, branches, etc.)
- Emptying all parkway trach cans and smoking bins and washing out when needed
- Maintain parkway bathrooms and public areas as needed.
- Communicate with other team members to ensure up-to-date information is always provided to guests.
- Must be able to communicate via a radio to provide and gather information that may be needed for our guests and the operation of the park.
- Communicate with supervisors and managers regularly to maintain up to date- information regarding park operations relevant to roles and responsibilities.
- Other duties as assigned.

- 18 years of age or older
- Proficient communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and a positive-solution oriented attitude required
- Available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Able to push, pull, grasp, lift, kneel, stoop, climb, balance, crouch, and crawl
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time on uneven ground
- Able to work in all-weather conditions.
