Anakeesta is seeking Retail Warehouse Team Members who are responsible for various tasks related to the efficient operation of a retail warehouse. This role involves receiving, storing, and organizing merchandise, as well as picking and packing orders for retail stores. Retail Warehouse Team Members may also be responsible for inventory management, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse space, and assisting with shipping and receiving processes. This position is located primarily in Sevierville, TN and reports to the Warehouse Retail Team Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Organize and store merchandise in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized, following safety guidelines and procedures.
- Must be trained to operate all warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc. (daily use is not required but all staff must be trained)
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Verify barcodes are in Eatec correctly for all pre-priced product
- Verify item details and price all product per set pricing guidelines
- Transfer new receipts to appropriate store if needed or stage in designated replenishment areas of warehouse.
- Review requisition reports for each location per the replenishment schedule
- Pull and transfer all needed quantities of product to location per the set par level
- Box/package deliveries for safe delivery to park
- Secure/prep pallets for safe delivery to park
- Communicate to supervisor feedback on item pars and frequency of pulls as needed
- Follow FIFO guidelines on all dated product
- Use proper handling of all items as some will be fragile and need to be positioned a certain way while carrying, shelving and transporting
- Assist with physical inventory in all retail locations
- Assist with product sets in stores when needed
- Work shift my vary but is typically 4am- 1pm / 5am – 2pm Monday – Friday, with weekends and Holidays as needed to support the park needs
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment is preferred
- Knowledge of and proficient in basic computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively both solo and in a team setting
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to climb ladders of heights up to 12 feet
- Must be able to push/pull/manipulate a rolling pallet jack with weights up to 1200 pounds
- Can push, pull, grasp, lift, kneel, stoop, climb, balance, crouch, and crawl
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, 90 pounds with assistance
- Must be able to work indoors with or without A/C and outdoors in all weather conditions and temperature extremes
