Description
Office Team Lead (Onsite), part time position .
Anakim Consulting is seeking an Office Team Lead with 2 years' experience.
- Flexible hours, Monday through Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM. 40 hours per month in office .
- You must have previous management experience overseeing office personnel.
- You must work minimally 2 hours per day at 337 E Catawba Street, Belmont, NC. ( NO REMOTE WORK)
- Must live in a qualified HUBZone area.
- The candidates must have a resume attached with their application.
- Manage part time employees with diverse job responsibilities
- Ensure part time employee work scheduling software is kept update to date
- Meet at least weekly with each employee to get updates on assignments
- Make decisions on assignments on new projects to Team
- Monitor work level of all employees to ensure fairness
- Monitor work hours to ensure compliance with requirements (part-time employees are required to work 40 hours per month)
- Recommend raises for approval and do yearly performance evaluations on employees
