We're currently seeking an experienced CMP/Plate Up process technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- CMP/Plate Up process engineering support in high volume 24x7 manufacturing environment. This will include, but not limited to SPC Process monitoring, responding to lot disposition from tool faults, identifying and addressing potential quality impact to products, supporting engineering products including process development and tool qualification.
- Setting up recipes on metrology tools in CMP or Plate Up area. (OPTI/UV/P22/FRT)
- Work closely with operators and provide training and support if needed.
- Review of defect map and SPC charts.
- Understand how to verify tool logs in CMP/Plate Up area.
Profile:
- Associate degree in technical field or HS 5 years of Semiconductor process experience in CMP or Plate Up.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
- Strong data mining and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and able to react to shifting priorities.
- Ability to work in clean room for extended period (12-hour shifts) in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be flexible for urgent technical support (occasionally off hours).
Preference:
- Experience in CMP/Plate Up operation
- Experience in hold lot disposition in CMP/Plate Up area
- Understanding of semiconductor processes and equipment.

- Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
