Position Overview :
Analog Devices Inc., Chelmsford Massachusetts facility is looking for Manufacturing Electro-Mechanical Assembly Operator to support our continued growth in the manufacture of high-performance microwave modules and sub-systems. Customers trust Analog Devices to deliver integrated electronics and ADI is interested in energetic and organized team players that want to deliver quality products in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
We are looking for electro / mechanical assemblers with :
- 1 to 3-years working as a Micro assembly / Mechanical assembly preferred or related experience.
- 2nd Shift : Second shift positions available
- All applicants must be team players highly motivated to learn the complex assembly requirements of microwave systems.
- This is a hands-on position that requires a strong ability to work on delicate parts utilizing a microscope.
- Communication skills and a high energy and commitment to quality products are extremely important.
- This role includes working on continuous improvement teams along with development engineering and manufacturing.
- Candidates should have soldering skills per IPC-610
Requirements : The Manufacturing Assembly Operator position requires a high school diploma. A diploma from a Vocational High School or Technical Diploma is a plus.
