Job Description :
As a Design for Manufacturing (DFM) Engineer specializing in robotics application layers, you will be responsible for optimizing product designs to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes for our robotic app layer systems. You will work closely with design, engineering, and production teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement DFM principles to optimize robotic application layer product designs for manufacturability.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of new robotic application layer products.
- Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to improve robotic application layer product designs.
- Identify and resolve manufacturing issues related to robotic application layer product design.
- Develop and maintain documentation for DFM best practices specific to robotics application layers.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new manufacturing processes in robotics application layers.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in robotics application layer manufacturing.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on DFM principles for robotics application layers.
- Establish world-class manufacturing line capable of fabricating, testing, and certifying mechatronic systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in robotics application layer manufacturing.
