We are looking for an ambitious Director, Business Process Excellence Analyst who is self-motivated and an agile learner to join us on our journey of becoming ADI's business process transformation engine.
At ADI, we are in the process of launching a Business Excellence & Transformation Management Office. The Business Excellence & Transformation Office aims to deliver a frictionless experience globally by transforming our employee and business-related services at scale. To support the launch of this organization, we are creating the role of Director, Business Process Excellence Analyst, whose mission is to ensure that each business process runs seamlessly from end-end with optimal efficiency. This role will play a pivotal part in developing and executing a comprehensive process excellence strategy, leading large-scale process improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
This role reports to the Sr. Director of Business Excellence.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Process Analysis, and Design :
Develop and execute transformation roadmaps, including defining target operating models and change management plans.
Facilitates workshops, brainstorming sessions, and process improvement projects.
Collects and analyzes process performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
Fosters a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

This is a dynamic role that requires a passionate individual with a strong drive for results. The ideal candidate possesses a strong blend of process analysis skills and technical acumen to effectively collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders.
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and / or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
