.Job Summary: As an Environmental Test Technician, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all semiconductor products meet environmental standards and regulatory compliance requirements. You will conduct rigorous testing and analysis on semiconductor devices to assess their performance under various environmental conditions, such as temperature, humidity, and electromagnetic interference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct environmental tests on semiconductor products using specialized equipment to simulate various conditions including temperature extremes, humidity levels, and vibration exposure.
- Analyze test data to identify product performance and durability under different environmental scenarios.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to refine product designs based on test results and feedback.
- Maintain accurate and detailed test records and reports for compliance and quality assurance purposes.
- Ensure the calibration and maintenance of test equipment to keep it functioning accurately and efficiently.
- Support the development and implementation of environmental testing procedures and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test setups and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of testing principles, data analysis, and report preparation.
- Proficient in using testing and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with different departments.
