Position Overview :
As a Graphic Designer in the Global Brand Creative team at Analog Devices, you'll design, develop, and execute creative deliverables for leading-edge brand marketing and digital solutions. You'll create marketing content from concept to production-ready design while collaborating with other creatives, editors and creative production managers within the team.
You have a deep understanding of brand and marketing applications with core strengths in design and communications, you're passionate about storytelling, have an eye for details, and possess a blend of creative and technical production skills. You'll have the opportunity to take on a wide variety of graphic design projects, from brand collateral, advertisements, social media, tradeshows, presentations, and other high-profile projects.
Reporting to the Sr. Creative Manager / Creative Director, you can showcase your passionate storytelling and your eye for detail while maintaining a blend of creative and technical production skills. Ultimately, you have the chance to create imaginative designs and the opportunity to originate impressive on-brand deliverables that promote the company's vision and brand standards.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Apply brand identity systems, typography, photography, color, and other ingredients appropriately to create innovative visual solutions that meet business and user needs.
- Extend existing visual systems / brand guidelines across all mediums with moderate design changes or interpretation.
- Concept, develop, and manage a "best in class" creative product from concept to completion.
- Multi-task and work efficiently on projects with conflicting deadlines and with expert attention to detail.
- Understanding of digital platforms and offset print production.
- Work with a team of designers, production managers, editors, content writers, and other members of the Marketing organization to achieve creative excellence.
- Communicate clearly and articulate creative concepts and rationale to other team members and client.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the mechanics of motion design and video production.
- Create best-in-class PPT presentations for leadership and high-value programs.
- Receptive to critique on designs and layouts and openly exchange ideas and feedback in a professional and positive manner.
- Versed with working in a program management system to track progress, time, and deadlines.

This graphic designer reports to the Sr. Creative Manager / Creative Director. They're a mid-level professional with crucial experience in the field, and they'll work to develop the brand and visual marketing content for the company.
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and / or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
