.ADI Wilmington MEMS & Specialty Products manufacturing operation is on a lean journey; implementing product teams, visual factory, and lean systems to meet growing customer demand. The Wafer Fab Operator will be a key team member in contributing to meet aggressive employee training, process improvement and productivity goals.
