The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $38 to $52.
- Skilled Photo Equipment Maintenance Technician with Min. 6 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Broad knowledge of electronic, robotic and pneumatic systems related to semiconductor manufacturing. Ability to troubleshoot to component level when necessary.
- Experience on some of the following Tools would be an advantage; ASML /100, ASML /700, Nikon SF 100, Ultratech steppers and TEL ACT 8 tracks.
- Perform preventative, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance proficiently with “root-cause” solutions for all repairs.
- Experienced in the use of schematics, hand tools, DVM, oscilloscope and other common diagnostic test equipment.
- Good communication skills required.
- Implement solutions for continuous improvement ofmachine availability, cycle time, MTBF, scrap reduction, cost of ownership, and equipment long downs.
- Develop model based troubleshooting plans for extended tool downs.
- Implement solutions for continuous improvement of machine availability, cycle time, MTBF, scrap reduction, cost of ownership, and equipment long downs
- Perform data analysis of tool performance on assigned tool and drive improvement activities based on data.
- Use Statistical Process Control (SPC) to trouble shoot issues or determine the health of tools in the area.
- Ensure timeliness of projects are met using time management/project management skills.
- Ensure excellent attention to detail and follow up pertaining to projects, maintenance and equipment to maximize operational production and efficiency.
- Good understanding of the Photo Process
