Job Description
The candidate will be part of a multifunctional group that defines and develops power semiconductor technology platforms for ADI's analog, mixed-signal and power products. The person will work closely with device technologist and product definers to define new technology and product concepts in Power Electronics applications.
Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to :
- Work closely with device technologists to define new power technology platforms
- Analyze power electronics needs in datacenter, automotive, industrial and consumer markets and provide inputs to silicon, GaN and SiC technology roadmap definition
- Evaluate products and system solutions in different markets to find the right fit between products and technology platforms
- Execute analytical calculations, simulations, design, build and measure application evaluation boards as needed to perform the tasks
- Clearly document results and communicate to technologists, product definers and leadership
