The Consumer Custom Silicon team is primarily focused on Mixed-Signal / Power developments, for High-End / High-Volume electronic devices, such as Smartphones, Tablets and Consumer Accessories.
The Position:
We are currently looking for an energetic, strategically minded individual to fill the role of Product Marketing Director.
The Marketing Director will be responsible for business strategy and customer support. They will create and execute the business plan for consumer custom silicon. They will be expected to understand market and technology trends and to visit customers on a regular basis. He/she must be able to balance short-term needs and long-term goals to maintain existing business while growing the market over time.
The marketing director must be able to clearly communicate strategy and priorities and to make decisions quickly and effectively with incomplete information. He/she is expected to work with business unit leadership, manufacturing and sales senior management to align strategies and priorities.

- Electronic Engineering/Computer Engineering degree with 10 years of experience.
- Ability to clearly communicate strategy and priorities at all levels of an organization and across functions and disciplines.
- Proven track record of managing commitments.
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing and pricing strategies in a strong competitive environment.
- Experience working with a broad range of customers worldwide and dealing with customer problems in a timely manner.
