ADI is currently seeking a Program Manager to support its global real estate strategy, programs, and processes. The Program Manager will work within the Real Estate Department, which provides project planning, architectural and engineering design / coordination, construction, and project management services. Collaboration with business partners and delivering a high degree of professionalism and customer service is crucial to the department's mission. The Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned construction projects, overseeing all aspects of project management during the conceptual phase, budgeting, development, planning, design, construction, closeout, and warranty.
About You
- Knowledge of workplace strategy, technology, and familiarity with modern workplace design and construction standards.
- High initiative in managing multiple priorities simultaneously and being proactive in a detail-oriented work environment, utilizing sound judgment, organizational abilities, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with facilities management, networks of facilities service providers, and collaboration with property managers to ensure that facilities meet their intended purpose.
- Effective vendor management skills, including negotiation capabilities.
- A change agent who can adapt to rapidly changing business circumstances and thrive in a constantly evolving environment while collaborating effectively during times of change.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of construction and / or facilities project management experience, preferably within an organization's Real Estate / Facilities department.
- Experience in the Real Estate / Facilities organization of a global corporation.
- Proven ability to identify root causes of problems / issues through probing questions and develop recommendations for resolution.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Highly proficient in the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
