Technician 2, Chemical Technician

Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Perform job duties in a variety of settings from Class 10 clean room to outside dock areas.
• Able to wear all prescribed safety gear to including Chemical, Cut, and Respiratory PPE.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions/specifications in a controlled environment.
• Properly complete all documentation, both online and written as trained.
• Able to lift over 75lbs occasionally and 20lbs frequently during a shift.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time. 4 hours a day.
• Have no allergic reactions to chemicals.
• Able to work any shift format. 8hr or 12hr as assigned, nights or days.
• Able to work weekends and overtime when required.
• Familiarity with computers and scanning systems.
• Familiarity with vacuum system and machine troubleshooting.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers, leaders, and management.

Position is open for a Tech 1 and Tech 2 level.

Pay: $18-$27.98/hr.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $22 to $28.

• Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
• This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors
• This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
• Benefits for the position includes 10 paid holidays per year, paid vacation starting at 136 hours per year for full-time employees (prorated for part-time employees), and paid sick time that exceeds the requirements of the Washington State Sick Leave law.
