Key Responsibilities:
· Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
· Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Identify potential partnerships, collaborations, and business opportunities.
· Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Develop and execute sales strategies, including pricing, negotiation, and contract management.
· Product Knowledge and Promotion: Possess a deep understanding of our Silicon Photonics products and their applications. Effectively communicate the value proposition to clients and partners through presentations, demonstrations, and marketing materials.
· Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction.
· Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators, sales metrics, and market trends. Use data-driven insights to make informed business decisions.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
· Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the optics and microelectronics industry.
· Strong understanding of microelectronics, silicon photonics, LiDAR, free-space optical communications, and optoelectronic communication technologies.
· Demonstrated success in identifying and closing business deals.
