Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Art Director to drive the overall delivery of all art content for our product. As the Art Director, you will be responsible for aligning the product on overall visual style and direction and ensuring consistent delivery across both in-house individual contributors (ICs) and outsourcing studios. You will oversee the development of a wide range of art content, including 3D assets, sound, characters, environment, visual effects, art shaders, modeling, concept, and storyboarding.
Qualifications : Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in art or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in art direction, including experience leading and guiding art teams
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of art styles and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
