Job Summary :
We are seeking a talented and driven Studio Manager to lead our studio and be accountable for the overall execution and delivery of our product. As the Studio Manager, you will be responsible for driving alignment with customers, internal stakeholders, and team members on the overall vision and execution of the software experience product. You will also be responsible for team development, attracting and developing top talent, and ensuring team cohesion. Your ultimate goal is to deliver high-quality experiences that customers love and cultivate a positive culture within the team.
Qualifications : Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, engineering, project management)
- At least 8 years of experience in software development and team management
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools
