Analogic Corporation has been the innovation leader in CT Detection technology development, product design and high-volume manufacturing for over 40 years. Product groups include multi-slice CT Medical Scanners, Advanced CT Threat Detection systems for Aviation, and the ANOE Rapid DNA Analysis system.
This is a Contract role.
Summary/Duties:
Performs a wide variety of electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical production assembly and subassembly operations of a skilled nature to build printed circuit boards and modules. Passing a soldering test is a requirement.
Will include wiring, component installations, and hand soldering
May include disassembles, modifies, reworks, refurbishes of pcb reassemblies.
SKILLS:
• Fine pitch touch-up/rework using magnification
• PCB etch repair
• SMT and thru hole re-work
• Reads, interprets and performs complex engineering change orders (ECO)
• Repair, rework, and removal of high pin count integrated circuits using specialized equipment
• Adjusts and hand fits components to critical complex revisions using ECO mark ups(red lines) and deviation implementation
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• As a highly skilled specialist, completes complex tasks in effective ways with very few errors. Works with minimum supervision.
• IPC-A-610 certified is required
• IPC-7711 / 7721 is preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions is required
• High school or equivalent plus 6 years or more of related experience
