Summary:

Analogic has been a leader in CT scanning technology for nearly 50 years. The Financial Analyst III will play a key role in helping Analogic grow and optimize their manufacturing and corporate operations in Peabody, MA.  The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, curious, and proactive in learning within a fast-paced environment, excited by the complexities of joining a growing business. The candidate should be detail oriented, possess strong analytical skills, excellent communications skills, and the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as an integral part of the FP&A organization and meeting the associated tasks around planning, forecasting and on-going analysis.
  • Support unique projects that might call for complex financial modeling and/or project management skills.
  • Participate in the design of new processes to improve the quality and functionality of financial reporting.
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial analyses on key operating metrics to ensure manufacturing organization is tracking as expected.  
  • Work with other finance and business team members to prepare ad hoc analytics and reports

Experience & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, information technology, accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Financial Analyst.  Experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
  • A self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who can drive the completion of projects with minimal oversight, while also valuing the importance functioning within a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office required.
  • Developed skills in Power BI, SQL or other business analytics tools strongly preferred.
  • Possess a high level of energy and enthusiasm to take on challenges. 
  • US Citizenship Required.
