What You’ll Do:
- Enhance manufacturability by collaborating with design engineers.
- Optimize manufacturing methods, material handling, and process reliability.
- Lead Lean & Kaizen events to drive efficiency and eliminate waste.
- Implement new assembly processes and ensure smooth transitions for product lines.
- Work with quality engineering, procurement, and suppliers to improve component quality.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 5 years of experience in a production environment.
- Lean and/or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (preferred).
- Proven expertise in Kaizen events, VSM, time-motion studies, and waste elimination.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills with the ability to work independently.
- Experience with FMEA, process validation, and statistical software tools.
