Summary
Sets up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines including robotic assembly equipment used in the production of the company's product. Responsible for the overall operation of potentially large-scale manufacturing machinery including actions such as feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, and pulling finished product from the line. Works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks. Checks and inspects operation results against predetermined tolerances.

Responsible for the overall operation of potentially large-scale manufacturing machinery including actions such as feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, and pulling finished product from the line. Works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks. Checks and inspects operation results against predetermined tolerances.
Duties
- performs set up, loading, and unloading of machines (i.e. feeders, stencils, boards, etc)
- uses production support system to access ECO’s, Deviations, BOM’s, Procedures, and Visual Aids
- uses set up sheets provided by manufacturing engineering
- ensures cleanliness of the production line and maintain safety standards and regulations
- performs preventive maintenance cleaning on lines
- performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
- High school or equivalent and minimum of one years related experience on SMT machines and thorough knowledge of AAG procedures and documentation required to build boards on the lines.
