What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator 3 position at Analogic?
Summary
Sets up and operates a variety of SMT machines including screen printing, paste inspection & Pick & Place equipment used in the production of the company's Printed Circuit Boards. Experience working with Universal, Panasonic, Juki type equipment is a plus. Basic knowledge of SMT line operation preferred.
Duties
Highschool or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years related experience operating/ running SMT machines
IPC-A-610 is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience working with Universal, Panasonic, Juki type equipment is a plus. Basic knowledge of SMT line operation preferred.
Duties
- Will be able to set up equipment on the SMT line (screen printer to oven)
- Will be able to load programs and profiles on the SMT line
- Will be able to operate the screen printer and recognize issue if they happen
- Will be able to review set up and notify the line lead to make appropriate changes to improve the efficiency of the line.
- Will ensure cleanliness of the production line and maintain safety standards and regulations
- Will perform preventive maintenance cleaning on lines
- Will be able to perform all requirements of Machine Operator 3 as follows:
- Will be able to do the setup, loading, and unloading of machines (i.e. feeders, stencils, boards, etc.)
- Will learn how to use our production support system to access ECO's, Deviations, BOM's, Procedures, and Visual Aids
- Will learn how to use set up sheets provided by manufacturing engineering
- Will perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
