The Recruiting Assistant works within a collaborative team to support campus firm-wide recruitment efforts. This role will report to the Recruiting Manager. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Provide firm-wide recruitment support across all offices. This position supports full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Provide candidate scheduling and coordination support from first rounds through candidate debriefs, handles candidate communications and logistics as well as manages the collection of interviewer feedback.
  • Communicate both written and verbally with candidates, hiring committees, and campus partners.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system, monitor recruiter inbox, and oversee applicant tracking/applicant flow processes in real time.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires including but not limited to offer letter generation, initiation of background check, and review of results and completeness.
  • Play an integral part in recruiting event planning and execution.
  • Enhance processes to ensure seamless candidate experience through each stage of the recruitment process.
  • Process and track invoices.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries via email and phone.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of the summer internship program.
  • Collaborate with broader HR team on strategic projects and initiatives.
  • No direct reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Strong academic credentials preferred.
  • An ideal candidate has 0-3 years of post-undergraduate work experience.
  • Exposure to recruiting in a professional services environment preferred.
  • Able to juggle multiple assignments at once in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player, flexibility to contribute wherever needed.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Exposure to applicant tracking and interview scheduling software preferred, experience with iCIMS and/or Yello is a plus.
