At Analysis Prime, our Business Development Representative will play a key role in driving pipeline growth by generating and qualifying leads while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Solutions Advisors. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you’ll engage with prospects, understand their challenges, and communicate how our solutions can support their business needs.
Through multi-channel outreach including email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and marketing campaigns you’ll identify opportunities and qualify leads for SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Datasphere (DSP), Group Reporting, Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM). By working closely with Sales and Marketing, you’ll refine outreach strategies, provide feedback on campaigns, and ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to closing.
What will I be responsible for in this role?
- Identify and create new qualified opportunities for the Sales team by engaging with inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, web, corporate events, and other marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients & community
- Qualify leads through effective research, discovery calls, marketing events, and understanding of potential clients' business needs.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all activities, interactions, and progress in the CRM to ensure proper tracking and reporting of leads.
- Engage prospects with a multi-channel approach, using email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other digital assets to build relationships and drive engagement.
- Help manage and create demand generation campaigns to drive lead engagement and pipeline growth.
- Consistently gain knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Datasphere (DSP), Group Reporting, Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM), or other related opportunities for sales and organizational growth through.
- Collaborate with internal teams across the organization to ensure thorough understanding of SAP Analytics Cloud and related solutions
- Research and maintain knowledge of new and best practices to identify new ways Analysis Prime can service customers.
- Communicate the value of Analysis Prime’s products and services to key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including Sales and Marketing, through clear and consistent communication.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance metrics, such as qualified leads, new contacts, meaningful conversations, and meetings.
- Effectively manage your territory with autonomy, while collaborating with Sales to ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to closing.
- Leverage advanced tools and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, CRM tools, and other outreach tools to optimize lead engagement and maximize efficiency.
- Actively support the broader sales and marketing efforts through lead qualification and timely follow-up.
Am I qualified?
- 1 years of successful experience in business development, sales, or lead generation role, preferably in SaaS or technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, not required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects and influence key decision-makers.
- Familiarity with CRM software, lead generation tools, and sales automation tools (Zoho, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Hubspot experience preferred).
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Comfortable working with a target-driven approach and managing a pipeline of leads.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for uncovering business needs and presenting solutions.
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
Compensation:
Target base salary of $55,000–$60,000 with a $20,000 bonus target, plus uncapped earning potential and employee-friendly benefits, including unlimited PTO.
