Why do we need you?
The Analysis Prime Customer Success team is looking for a strategic Customer Success Manager to work with our largest and most strategic customers to ensure the success of their product adoption and maximize the value of their service purchase. The Customer Success Manager achieves this with their expertise on the product and lifecycle management, and through a long-term, trusted, and one-on-one relationship with the customers.
Responsibilities Include:
- Customer lifecycle management: From late stage of sales, through entire implementation and maintenance cycle, and delivering exceptional customer engagement activities focusing on customer satisfaction and success while minimizing consumption risk.
- Relationship & stakeholder management: Building positive direct relationships with customers, internal resources, and stakeholders to align in customer strategy and tactics in the post sales world.
- Account Planning: Based on data and customer’s individual circumstance, collaborate with Sales & Solutions to create customized account plan in order to maximize value of purchase, maintain healthy consumption path, accurately forecast risk, and generate expansion opportunities.
- Leading key initiatives and programs to address key challenges of product/service adoption for customers.
- Manage customer health at regional level and drive overall post sales adoption health for the regional he/she is covering.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and become a customer success Leader in SAP Analytics Cloud and related SAP software.
Position Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in customer facing roles in SAAS software and consulting. (Preference given to those with experience leading SAP or Business Analytics projects)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Finance, or related background (or commensurate professional experience) preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and concisely for a corporate audience.
- Able to travel as much as 40%, including occasional international travel (current travel is about 25%).
- Demonstrated experience building effective relationships cross-organizationally and thriving in a collaborative, team-based environment.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or other EPM/BI Analytics solutions (examples may include Power BI, Tableau, Excel Macros, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail. Excels under pressure. Solutions-oriented problem-solver.
Salary: Target Base Salary is $95,000-$130,000 Adopt and Operate Commission and billable hour bonus. Employees also enjoy numerous employee friendly benefits such as unlimited PTO. Target range exceptions may be made based on experience.
