On-Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• The On-Site Supervisor shall be available by phone or email to the COR between the hours of 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, and shall respond to a request for discussion or resolution of technical problems within two (2) hours of notification.
• The On-Site Supervisor shall be a single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). The On-Site Supervisor shall be on site and be one of the senior level employees provided by the Contractor for this work effort. During any absence of the On-Site Supervisor, only one alternate shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all matters relating to work performed under this Contract. The On-Site Supervisor and all designated alternates shall be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• The On-Site Supervisor shall direct employee participation in the development, maintenance and administration of the USCG’s MLD MMS. As active participants in the workflow process, Contractor employees shall recommend process improvements that help improve accuracy and cycle time resulting in improved customer service.
• The On-Site Supervisor shall provide a monthly status report to the COR and Contracting Officer via electronic mail. This report shall include a summary of all Contractor work performed, to include the received inventory, performance metric standard versus the performance metric achieved, an assessment of technical progress, schedule status, and any Contractor concerns or recommendations for the previous monthly period.
• The On-Site Supervisor shall be responsible for keeping the Contracting Officer and COR informed about Contractor status throughout the performance period of this Contract, and ensure Contractor activities are aligned with USCG Objectives.
• The On-Site Supervisor shall be available to meet with the Contracting Officer and COR upon request to present deliverables, discuss status, exchange information and resolve emergent technical problems and issues. These meetings shall take place at the Government's facility or by teleconference. At a minimum, the On-Site Supervisor shall meet with the COR on a quarterly basis.

Qualifications

• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Shall possess at least five (5) years of supervisory experience working with ISO 9001 quality standards systems (QSS) or equivalent quality system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
